Medical Malpractice

Medical Malpractice

As Americans, we are privileged to have access to some of the best and most innovative medical care in the world. We place a great amount of trust in our health care providers and medical institutions to provide ethical and responsible treatment. What then happens if you or a loved one sustains an injury or a wrongful death due to the negligence of a medical professional?

At Pignatelli & Associates P.C. we represent individuals and their families who have been struck by the tragedy of medical malpractice. If a doctor, physician or other health care provider causes injury to a patient through negligence or irresponsible behavior, that person is entitled to compensation. Our attorneys have helped many clients obtain fair settlements and verdicts through lawsuits against doctors, hospitals and their insurance companies. Due to our experience and success rates, many attorneys and outside firms refer medical malpractice cases to the lawyers of our firm.
